Privacy Statement
Zycus takes your privacy seriously as protecting the individual's privacy on the Internet is crucial to the future of Internet-based business. As electronic commerce over the Internet increases and the volume of data transmission over networks steadily rises maintaining the trust of users necessitates vigilant and responsible privacy protections. We have created this Privacy Statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to the individual's right to data protection and privacy in the context of the Zycus Supplier Network Supplier Service.
Please read the following to learn more about how we deal and safeguard the information provided by you. This policy does not apply to the practices of other entities or websites that Zycus does not own or control or to people and entities that Zycus does not employ or manage. Personal Data submitted by designated supports contacts in their use of Zycus customer support systems is subject to the terms of use and privacy terms presented to users of such services; and
Acceptance of Policy Statement
This Privacy Policy Statement is incorporated into and subject to the terms of ZSN Terms of Use. If users do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement please do not provide Zycus with any information. From time to time Zycus will need to make changes to this policy statement. Some of the changes will be in response to changes in applicable laws and regulations. Changes may also be required if Zycus adds new features and new services to a Solution. If we seek to make a material change to this statement, Zycus will send a notice to the administrative contacts on file with Zycus for each Buyer and Supplier.
What Personal Data We Take?
This Privacy Statement applies to Personal Data that suppliers provides to the buyer when using the Solution (including email notifications sent to and from the Solution) or that buyers provide to the Zycus service personnel for importation into the Solution, such as a list of Sellers to invite to use the Solution. We may Store transaction documents that may include some Personal Data of signatories or business contacts. Thus the general scope of Personal Data being processed is a person's, name, business email address, and business phone number.
Use of Personal Data by ZSN
ZSN requires Suppliers to register in order to receive information and or interact with the Buyers on other Zycus product platforms. ZSN uses forms to generate e-mails, which are then used to submit registration information, inquiries and other business processes.
Upon registration the Suppliers become valid members of Zycus Supplier network. On ZSN, each Supplier is assigned one login IDs and password that will enable such Suppliers to access the Supplier Network.
Buyer may use Personal Data for the following purposes in relation to the Solution, to:
a. facilitate operation of the Solution and its related services;
b. enhance use of the Solution and its related web pages;
c. perform internal tracking and Solution improvement;
d. enable the Buyer/Zyucs to contact you;
e. Process requested transactions through the Solution including document creation and transmission of messages; and
Any data collected through ZSN is for the purpose of facilitating the operation of the Solution at respective Buyer's end and for processing the transaction relevant to the respective buyer. Zycus is an intermediary in collecting the data for the Buyer and is a data processor under the privacy laws.
Data integrity And Disclosure to Third Parties
Zycus does not provide your Personal Data to third parties, except as provided herein:
a. such disclosure is necessary to process transactions for providing the applicable services the respective buyer;
b. Zycus is required to do so by law or regulation, or in response to a request from a law enforcement or governmental agency or authority or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
c. the third party is acting as our agent or sub-contractor in performing services or legal compliance activities;
We do not share, sell or rent user's personally identifiable information to third parties. The information received from supplier is buyer specific. Zycus will not share or distribute any user information with third parties except as provided under this policy statement.
Will the Personal Data be transferred Outside EU region?
Zycus has affiliates and third-party service providers within as well as outside of the European Economic Area (the "EEA"). Zycus operates the Solution using data centers located mainly in the United States. However, Personal Data may be transferred to and from the United States, other operation locations and Zycus's authorized service providers, if any. These terms shall apply to Zycus' provision of services in all data centers.
EEA Considerations - Since Zycus is a Global Company Zycus may while processing the Personal Data transfer the Personal Data to (or access the Personal Data from) countries outside of the EEA including to such countries in which are not recognised to have adequate data protection as per the provisions of GDPR. In such cases, the transfer occurs in accordance with the regulations of GDPR and by executing Standard Contractual Clauses (as per to EU Commission Decision 87/2010/EC) provided under the Data Protection Addendum.
How long the Personal Data will be stored?
Where your Personal Data is used and processed as permitted by law or under your consent, it will be stored only for as long as is required to fulfil the purposes set out under this policy statement or until you object to Zycus' use of your Personal Data or until you withdraw your consent. However, if required under any law or regulations if Zycus is required to retain data for longer period then Zycus shall retain the Personal Data for such longer period.
Data Subjects' Rights-
Individuals may choose not to provide on ZSN with any personally identifiable information or business information , however, choosing not to provide certain requested information may prevent supplier from accessing and taking advantage of certain services offered by the buyer.
Individuals have the right to access, modify and delete Personal Data about them although this may require approvals by the the buyer. If you object to providing personal data to ZSN, please contact your own buyer. If you are a sole-proprietor or individual contractor and object to the types of Personal Data being requested from a Buyer, please contact the Buyer directly for other options.
Request to deletion of your Personal Data will require approval by your such execution of such request may also require the Buyer's assistance with which your employer is registered as a Supplier. Registration details saved as a draft in the ZSN portal can be deleted by you. For updating/amending any additional profile content information, supplier needs to communicate directly with the buyer who can facilitate such request of updating/amending your personal information.
Tracking Technologies including Cookies
Zycus gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp. ZSN utilize cookies or similar technology. Personal Data you submit while using the Solution is not stored in cookies except where necessary to perform web site security, service functionality and usage analytics. Zycus does not place any third-party advertising tracking cookies on your computer during your use of the Solutions.
Links to other websites
Zycus and/or buyer may provide reference or links to third party websites. Zycus shall not be responsible for any consequences arising out of users' visits to the third party websites, and it is users' duty to review the privacy policies posted on such third party websites before accessing such websites. Please be aware that Zycus neither own or control nor is responsible for the privacy policies or information practices of third parties or their websites. Buyer may select suppliers for participation in any specific events. Upon selection Buyer may provide suppliers with any additional terms and conditions for participating in any specific events. Suppliers agree to abide by those additional online event terms and conditions for valid participation in those events which would be invited by the Buyer.
Data Protection
Zycus is ISO 27001 certified and has adopted reasonable industry standard practices to ensure that there are adequate safeguards and techniques to protect the data of the user against any unauthorized or unlawful disclosure.
Zycus employs physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we receive from users from unauthorized disclosure. Zycus limits accesses to personal information about user to employees of Zycus who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to users or in order to do their jobs. In addition, if user suspect unauthorized access to its information, it is user's responsibility to contact Zycus immediately. Zycus will never ask user to divulge its password in written or electronic communications. Zycus uses industry standards (such as Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 (SSAE 16 - which include principles of Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Security) and related Service Organization Control ("SOC") standards.
To the best of Zycus’ knowledge, all material published by Zycus on ZSN is done with the full agreement of the copyright owners (be that Zycus or another party). Email Verification
Check the email id address if it is incorrect
Verify the Email Address you have used to register your account. If the same is incorrect enter the correct email id and register again
Check your spam or junk folder
The email containing the One Time Password to reset your password may have been junked by your Internet Service Provider or email application do not forget to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. Mark the email as not spam in order to get all the emails related to your account in your inbox
Ask your IT team to whitelist the domain and the IP
If you have tried the above steps and still you are not getting the emails from Zycus Supplier Network, then ask your IT team to white-list the Domain: automail.zycus.com and IP: Once this is done click on resend otp
Email ID used for sending you the invitation for registration might be incorrect. Get in touch with your customer to ensure they have the correct Email ID
Click the ‘resend otp’ button to get an email with a new One Time Password.
Make sure you check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox as the email may be junked by your email application or the Internet Service Provider
Post registration, check your email.
You’ll receive an email with the One Time Password which will remain valid for 10 Min (If you have not received the One Time Password email in your Inbox, then ask your I.T team to white list our IP and the domain automail.zycus.com and again click on the resend OTP tab
Once you verify your email with the correct One Time Password, your account will be successfully activated
Unable to Login/Signup issues
Use the Email ID which is registered on ZSN.
Check if there are any typing errors in the email ID.
Check if the ‘Caps Lock’ key is enabled from the keyboard. Click the ‘eye’ icon to view the password you are entering.
In case you cannot remember your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the ZSN login page.
You will face this error because the Email ID you are entering is already registered on ZSN.
Click the Forgot Password tab on the ZSN login page (If you have not received the One Time Password to reset your password in your Inbox or spam folder, then ask your I.T team to white list our IP and the domain automail.zycus.com and again click on Resend OTP tab to get the email in your inbox.
You will receive an One Time Password, reset the password on your registered Email ID
Enter the One Time Password, set a new password and continue
Open your browser.
Click on the Tools Menu.
Click on ‘Options’
Select ‘Privacy Settings’.
Tick ‘Accept cookies from sites’.
Set ‘Keep until’ to ‘they expire’.
Supplier registration

You can log in on the Zycus Supplier Network using the Email Address and Password used at the time of creating the Account.
It is suggested that you complete your ZSN Profile before you begin with anything else.
This issue can occur if you have registered on ZSN, but your customer hasn’t reviewed your company profile and approved it, you won’t be able to view or participate in the sourcing event.
If you are creating an account for a customer without them inviting you, your customer will have to review and approve your account.
If you are creating an account for a customer based on an invitation, create your company profile on ZSN and submit it to your customer for review.
Post customer review, your account will become active
ZSN does not support any chat functionality with your customer
Your company can have multiple accounts.
Your company can also have multiple users on a single account.
You must have received an email from your customer to register.
Open the email and click the link in the email to initiate registration. The link will open in the web browser.
Enter the ‘Email Address’, ‘Password’ and answer a math question.
You will get the activation Email (If you have not received the One Time Password to reset your password in your Inbox or spam folder, then ask your I.T team to white list our IP and the domain automail.zycus.com and again click on Resend OTP tab to get the email in your inbox).
Proceed to complete your Profile.
You will need your potential supplier’s ZSN registration link to create an account.
This link can be available on your customers website (if published).
Click the link; you will be redirected to ZSN registration page on your web browser.
Enter the Email Address’, ‘Password’ and answer a math question.
You will get an One Time Password to verify your account in an Email (If you have not received the One Time Password to reset your password in your Inbox or spam folder, then ask your I.T team to white list our IP and the domain automail.zycus.com and again click on “Resend OTP” tab to get the email in your inbox)..
Proceed to complete your Profile.
Your company can have multiple accounts.
Your company can also have multiple users on a single account.
Login to ZSN
Go to ‘My Accounts’ from the side panel
Choose your customer
Under ‘My Requests’ tab, you can check the status of your company’s registration
Forgot password/wrong password
Contact tech-support@zycus.com to get assistance for this problem.
On ZSN, click on the “Forgot Password?” button below the Login button.
Enter your registered email address and click on submit. If an account exists on the email address, you will receive an One Time Password to reset your password on registered email address. Use this OPT to reset your password for your account (If you have not received the One Time Password to reset your password in your Inbox or spam folder, then ask your I.T team to white list our IP and the domain automail.zycus.com and again click on Resend OTP tab to get the email in your inbox)
To change your current password, follow these steps:
After logging in, click on Settings > Account Settings under your display name (toolbar).
In the Account Details section click on Change Your Password.
Enter your Current and New Password. Click Change Password to save your changes.
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
If you have not received the One Time Password to reset your password in your Inbox or spam folder, then ask your I.T team to white list our IP and the domain automail.zycus.com and again click on Resend OTP tab to get the email in your inbox).
How do I participate in my buyer's event using an email invitation?
Click the link in the email to open the event.
Login using your registered email ID and password.
If you have added the Sourcing Event card to your dashboard, you can open the event from that card.
Else from the side panel, go to My Events > View Sourcing Events > Select your customer's company > you will land on the iSource events page.
